• Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

• Tracking: Every shipment includes a tracking number so you can follow your order from our door to yours.

• International Shipping: We ship worldwide. Shipping times may vary based on your location and customs processing in your country.

• Duties & Taxes:

  • Standard Shipping: Sent DDP (Delivered Duties Paid), meaning all customs duties and import taxes are included in your shipping cost — no surprise fees upon delivery.

  • Express Shipping: Sent DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid), meaning duties and taxes may be collected by your local customs office upon delivery.

• Lost Packages: If your shipment is delayed or lost, contact us. After we verify with the carrier, we’ll send a replacement order right away.
